Photo Release & Data Consent Clause
1. Media Consent & Usage: By registering for the AI Funfare, I (the Parent/Guardian) hereby grant BrainyBots Academy (powered by Times Analytics) the right to take photographs and video recordings of my child during the event. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and future marketing campaigns. No personal contact details of the child will ever be shared publicly.

2. Data Collection for Educational Support: I consent to the collection of the registration data (Name, Age, School, and Project Interests) to help customize my child’s learning experience. This data will be used to provide a post-event "AI Discovery Report" and to share information about relevant long-term courses and educational updates

3. Opt-Out Option: I understand that I can withdraw my consent for promotional media usage at any time by sending a written request to brainybots3@gmail.com prior to or during the event check-in.
