1 Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course, batch, or program offered by Brainy Bots Academy ("the Academy"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all students, parents, and guardians.

2 Course Enrollment & Fees

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full course fees unless a specific installment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
• Course fees are subject to change at the Academy's discretion. The fee at the time of enrollment is applicable for the enrolled batch only.
• Any additional materials, kits, or resources required for the course may be charged separately.

3 Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy

This includes but is not limited to:

• Change of mind after enrollment.
• Inability to attend due to personal, medical, or scheduling reasons.
• Relocation or migration.
• Dissatisfaction after commencement of the course.
• Partial attendance or non-attendance of sessions.

Course seats, batch slots, or access cannot be transferred to another individual, family member, or third party.

4 Attendance & Missed Classes

• Regular attendance is the responsibility of the student and parent/guardian.
• Missed classes may be compensated with makeup sessions at the Academy's discretion and subject to availability.
• No refund or credit will be issued for missed sessions, regardless of the reason.
• Students are expected to attend a minimum of 75% of scheduled sessions to receive a course completion certificate.

5 Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
• Any form of bullying, misconduct, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
• Students must take care of all equipment, kits, and lab materials provided by the Academy. Damage caused due to negligence will be charged to the student.
• Punctuality is expected for all sessions, both online and offline.

6 Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

• All course content, curriculum, materials, videos, worksheets, projects, and resources provided by Brainy Bots Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy.
• Students and parents/guardians may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any course material without prior written consent from the Academy.
• Recording of any live session is strictly prohibited without written permission.

7 Batch & Schedule Changes

• The Academy reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel classes due to public holidays, instructor unavailability, technical issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of a class cancellation by the Academy, a makeup session will be provided.
• The Academy is not liable for any inconvenience caused due to rescheduling.
• Batch timings and schedules are subject to change with prior notice to enrolled students.

8 Online Classes (if applicable)

• For online sessions, students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable device.
• The Academy is not responsible for technical difficulties on the student's end.
• Online session links are for the enrolled student's use only and must not be shared with others.

9 Photography & Media Consent

By enrolling, parents/guardians grant Brainy Bots Academy permission to photograph or record students during classes, events, and activities for use in promotional materials, social media, and the Academy's website. If you do not wish your child to be featured, please notify us in writing at the time of enrollment.

10 Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during enrollment (name, age, contact details, etc.) will be used solely for academy-related communications and records. Brainy Bots Academy will not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Brainy Bots Academy shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from participation in our programs.
• The Academy is not responsible for any personal injury, loss of property, or accidents that occur on the premises or during online sessions.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the safety of their children while commuting to and from the Academy.

12 Final & Binding Decisions

The Academy management's interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be considered final in all matters of dispute.

13 Amendments to Terms

Brainy Bots Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website at brainybotsacademy.in. Continued enrollment after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
